About Dobizo Fashion Network
Dobizo is synonymous with success in the fashion industry and is recognized throughout the fashion industry and online for its success in such a short time online compared to any other site in the 'how to' of the fashion industry doing similar activities.
Dobizo started as just a blog and I added a forum and social network to it at a later time. The blog is a custom design and code http://tinyurl.com/2o3xql, social network is also http://tinyurl.com/6qtsdo and forum http://tinyurl.com/66f3r5(Launched social aspect around Feb in beta and fully launched around Mar/Apr). Blog is wordpress, forum is simple machines forum and phpizabi network bridged all designed by Unique Blog Designs in January of this year.

Reason for selling
This site is a hobby because I run a clothing company and consult within the fashion industry full-time and entrepreneurship speeches.
I'm not cut out for the online world I'm continuing within the fashion industry. I started the site while still operating my clothing line and wanted a way to help others wanting to get in the business and from there I got interested, but it is not where my heart is, but in the process I created one hell of a brand online.
As of lately I've been tied down with other ventures within the fashion industry and want to go at it full time so I don't have time to run a site and or answer emails or respond to sponsors.
How Dobizo Makes Money
We have had private ads from colleges and prominent businesses within the fashion industry. with the sale I will include a list of over 300 possible sponsors that are all related to the apparel industry or showed some interest in advertising. Email, phone number, website and business name in excel form!!:) Also will include a resource list and everything I use to get any information that is included on the site. You do not have to know anything about the fashion industry to run this site, because the content is contributed.
We were working off of a flat rate where users pay a monthly fee that ranged from $200-upwards of $800 now due to traffic, subscriber increases, and nature of the business that is sponsoring and their possible ROI. A manufacturer could easily make thousands off one of our users so they pay more toward the high-end because one person will spend a lot of money.
This site has huge revenue potential for anybody who is willing to put in no more than one-two hours three days a week posting submitted articles from authors of prominent books on the wordpress blog everything else is on auto pilot. That is what the main blog consist of audios and articles written by authors. I planned to sell the site a month ago so I have it set up to where authors and fashion industry workers will submit articles in exchange for linking back within articles and announcement of their events. All other articles are user submitted by the social network community (2600 members) and over 4,700 subscribers (3,500 activated You can see live feedburner count on blog homepage www.dobizo.com) and over 1,500-2,300 unique visitors daily.
There are many modules I've purchased that will come with the package one is battle or what I've named fashion faceoff where users receive feedback from company's against competitors. A job board ready to install on the social network and business peers status update that tells users what their business friends are doing throughout the network. Just like facebook status.
This site has the potential to be the linkedin or facebook of the fashion industry with the right person. I'm no programmer or internet marketer so I would rather put it in more capable hands. The revenue made is from what I know how to do and that is google adsense, kontera, amazon, and sponsored ads with an experienced person you could easily double revenue most likely within a couple of months and better optimize keywords on the site.
Site Cost
There are no cost other than hosting. I will continue to host the site for the next month with a winning bidder for free. I don't advertise or the promote Dobizo other than replying on blogs or exchange of links here and there. Most traffic is organic, word of mouth (Dobizo is a daily searched term).
I will help buyer with any adjustments or help they need with navigating or working the website. I will still be at your hand for one month or however long you may need me to get use to the site and run it. I have no problem doing that.

Revenue Details:
Google Ads, Kontera, and Sponsored private ads make up the income. A small portion is made from Amazon but none of the above has been optimized especially amazon or adsense.
Sponsored ads and adsense can potentially make the most on this site in my opinion.
Also other recommended money makers that I haven't tried is letting users sell their clothing through profiles many users have mentioned they want to do that and willing to pay a fee per month or a percentage per garment sold. Traffic Details:
My traffic comes mostly from search and the rest from referring links. Very good rankings for related terms in the fashion industry. Comes in handy when selling ads to sponsors who want page rank for certain terms.
Buyers will be responsible for any fees when purchasing through paypal or western union.
