Description:

My reason for the re-list is due to the fact the previous buyer did NOT pay. He has been reported and banned off SP. He does NOT have access to the WORKING SOFTWARE because I figured out he scammed me before transferring the key's for the software to him. He does own the .com, however I own the .net and .org.

I have a supena done up for dynadot.com to proceed with getting the .com domain back. Once I get it back I will transfer it to the new owner. In conclusion you don't have to worry about him competing for the site due the fact he has no software.

 

On this website we sell a membership to gain access to the members area of the site for £16.99. After they payment is received they are sent the login details to the members area where they gain access to the most current iPhone Unlockers.

Of course there are many iPhone Unlocking websites out now but only I would say 10% have working software and support. This webpage is of course part of the 10% of the working software solution websites.

There should always be a high demand for iPhone Unlocking tools on the internet due to the fact that Apple comes out with a new firmware release every couple months. Everytime there is a new firmware update, iPhone users will have to update to the latest unlocker, thus creating a market.

I will provide full support (as much as needed) to the new owners of the site and will provide all the information they will need to keep the ROI up.

My reason for selling this website is simple. I have no time what so ever for the upkeep needed for this niche website. I have another large project that is taking up pretty much 95% of my time.

Currently the only attention this site needs on a daily basis is answering support e-mails and such.

 

Revenue Details:

The site is fairly new but has done a great deal of revenue so far.

I use PPC for a form of advertising which generates most of the revenue. In 10 days the site has seen over $4000,00 Profit.

I do not wish to disclose which keywords+bids I use for the PPC because there are a lot of copycat people around.

I assume revenue will be pretty steady until the release of the 3G software unlocker is released. Once the 3g software unlocker is released revenue should jump.

Traffic Details:

Currently, very little traffic comes from google search.

99% of traffic is targetted via my PPC ad's.

    you are selling a site thats making $16,000 month for $20,000 ,may be thier is a good reson that buyer backed out of this because it just doesnt make any sence.

    The buyer did not decide just to back out. He is a known scammer which is why his account is now banned off SitePoint. I am selling the site because I do not have any time what so ever to invest into it anymore.

    I am going back to school and I have to focus my time on that.

    Well, the .com owner could also simply have purchased the software from you and is now reselling it. His .com site seems to be working fine!

    ofey: As stated in the description above. I did not transfer the software to him. I found out who he was and who he was working with off sitepoint before actually sending the software to him.

    Also, I am seeing a trend in this comments. Can we please keep them on point here.

    There is a similar site listed right before your, it is stated in the answers that in fact the unlocking software is for free. There are also a number of videos on YouTube showing how to unlock the phone for free. Could you comment on this.

    amrel: Yes, there are some software unlockers out that are freeware. Much like 95% of the programs that you have to pay for on the internet, you can always find another source for a similar program for free.

    Out of the 10 million iPhones that are sold, many people do not know how to use the freeware programs or even know where to find them. That's the market that I am in with my software.

    At this time im not going to publicly disclose the full information of the software. I will of course provide as many answers to questions to the new owner of the site+content+software.

    The software is encrypted and is keyed.

    I will also provide the new owner with full updates as my programmer releases them to me. I will provide the new owner with the programmers full contact information as well.

    Regarding to your answer,

    You know that internet is a place where people connect from many places on the world. I would like to buy all the wrights of the product If I am going to pay all the money. I would like to get the access to the decrypted decompiled software. So that I could have risk free for updating it my self. You know the site at alone is worthless if the product that works eventually is not used.

    I hope you understand what I mean my head is going to explode after hard day of work..

    Is the core of this software based on the PWNage tool and Winpwn that are copyrighted by the iphone dev team and should not be resold?

    Can you guarantee that you have full rights to all the codes of the unlock software?

    What happens if there is a next iPhone update? Who will update the unlock software?

    lodenian: No it's not pwnagetool or anything such like the dev team software. I spent over 6K into the development of the software and it is registered to my company. I will transfer the registration over to the new oener.

    When new software is released it is quite easy to update and I will provide full assistance with doing so.

    Within the US it is illegal to sell this type of software. It is legal to unlock your phone but the US govt didnt include language to allow companies to sell software to do the unlocking.

    I asked him in a pm about the last couple weeks sales and he said he shut it down to foccus on school. I dont know about you guys/gals but i worked 30 hours a week and went to school full time. If this site truly made $14k a month and only took two hours a day I would leave it up and squeeze in the two hours a day.

    cory98: At this point, I was waiting to receive a comment back from you via PM. I see how your interest has turned with the site. It is not illegal to unlock your iPhone. In one of apple's press releases they said that they don't care what you do with your iPhone just as long as you purchase it through them.

    I ask you to try and find anywhere under any law within the US/CANADA/UK where it stats that iPhone unlocking is illegal. I ask that you do not post false information or information that you are not sure of.
