I promoted it across a several webmaster forums, Directories and use some adsence. This earned me many links, Currently we have over 4,800 ACTIVE LINKS! . I get about a 75-150+ submissions daily. I would help the new owner with the shifting of the site or any such help.

I Don't have time to manage and need Money ..

What do i have to maintain?

Most of money from direct link sales on forums and Adsense is also do good. ( it gives high CTR at Adsense )
