Description:

This real estate search engine has many unique features to it that set it apart.  We have over 2 million united states listings with capabilities for international listings.  We also have a social network, blog, instant messenger tool and agent directory.  This site has had traffic on average of 15,000-30,000 unique visitors monthly.  

Income is derived from adsense as well as other partnerships that bring in revenue.  

Our listings come via data feeds from license agreements that we obtain with these company's.  

 

Revenue Details:

This site is not monetized other than google adsense now.  The reason we are selling is because we have brought it to a certain point and it is not ready to be taken on by a larger team or an ad salesperson who can make the minimum of $50,000 a month for a site of this caliber.  This should be taking in over a half million a month with the proper team in place.

  2. The data comes from many different sources. We have licensed data feeds from; major real estate brokerages, foreclosure aggregators, newspaper classifieds, for sale by owner websites, and other real estate websites. Individual agents can also post listings on our site free of charge, as well as individual owners. Our platform is set up to be a worldwide database for real estate listings. It is a great platform for someone who can take it to the next level.
    The indicated $50,000 is a modest quote of what you can expect to be making monthly from our site if it is properly monetized. This means if someone knows how to sell ad space or if you have an ad broker sell ad space. We are using Google adsense with no real knowledge and are making about $500 a month. People we have spoken to, tell us that with the right team, 50-100k USD a month is a piece of cake.

  5. Right now our revenue is driven from three sources.
    1) Basic Adsense that should be replaced with an inhouse ad team or an experienced ad broker. We are not spending any efforts on the revenue because we simply want to focus on creating a good platform that we can sell.
    2) Commissions from other sites that we partner with. For example, when someone visits realtytrac.com and signs up for their services, we receive a commission from that for the life of their membership.
    3) Brokerages and Agents can “Feature” their listings so that they show up first when someone searches for their selected area. Agents and Brokerages can also feature listings and agents on the homepage. This can brining in thousands a month, but at this time we are focusing on getting as many listing agreements as possible, instead of trying to reach out to these professionals and try and get their ad dollars.

    As I indicated in #1, with the proper ad salesman or ad broker, and minimal marketing efforts, this site can be producing some serious dollars. It is capable of being an international search engine and with the sale you would also receive.

    We have approximately 1.7 million listings and that number is about to go up because of different license agreements that we have recently gotten.

    These sites do not pay us to post their listings, yet some of them are interested in featuring their listings which is additional revenue. Individual users can also post their property listings for sale by owner on our site.

    Our site offers users the ability to search through agent listings, pre-foreclosures, REO, fsbo, land, commercial, auctions and newspaper classifieds.
    Users can also search by keyword and map searching.

    Our unique instant messenger desktop widget would also be included in the sale.

    Regarding monthly maintenance fees. We have minimal server expenses and a call center as well that would act as your virtual office.

    I would also entertain the offer of staying on as an advisor for a brief period to help in acquiring more license agreements or making sure that things run smoothly.

    Also, you're asking us to bid at least $50k and yet you're not Site Access Verified? Come on, man!
