Established online website design business almost 6 years old. At this time in my life, I am not able to keep up with the growing demand of the industry. The last several months I have not worked on the site promotion at all and been referring clients out.
The actual website is XHTML 1.0 Transitional and built tableless.
I am currently processing payments via 2 Checkout, with a total of $ 16,106.90 this year. View the 2Checkout screenshot here
I was also allowing paypal payments, with a total of $15,000.00 for the year. I no longer have been accepting paypal payments after we had a fraudulent buyer from India who claimed he never received his website after it had been delivered. I then closed the paypal account when they offered no support for me and only used 2 checkout to process payments.
We have several clients whom I have worked with for years, that I do allow to mail me checks for payments, which I do not have a copy of the checks. For a total of $5000
I also refer all clients to HostGator for hosting, which pays $100 per sign up. With about 2-3 per month signing up.
Baby & Parents magazines refer their advertisers to me to create their magazine ads as well. Pricing depends on ad size and range from $300-$2500 per ad, many wish to pay via business check.
The income could have been much more, however, I did not bid on all projects offered, as I only wanted to work part time with it. I also have not had time to work on any promotion. Many quotes come in, I do not bid on either, as I have been to busy working on things to take on any more work.

This website business has a massive amount of potential for someone who is serious and wants to design for a living or who wants to use it as a way to get more clients for their current company.
The new owner could also outsource all of the work OR send all new clients to design company affiliates.
There are many ways one could make a very nice income.
We do a massive amount of website headers and have for a few years. I priced them at $80 a piece to beat the competition!
We also do a lot of zen cart and oscommerce store set ups priced at 1200 and up.
75% of the clients are repeats and many send allot of referrals for work. About 50% of all new work are referred to me by previous clients.
I am starting the bidding at $29,000. I will accept offers for 5 days or sell if an offer is made and agreed upon.
I will gladly sign a no compete agreement, as I have no desire to start another design site and will direct all current clients to the new owner.
Please do not waste my time or yours if that is out of your budget.
Will assist the new owner with moving the website if needed and will provide support for 2 weeks if needed.

Payment may be made by bank to bank transfer, western union, money gram, or certified bank check. Paypal will not be accepted, as they do not protect site sellers against fraud!
