Description:

I built this website for sharing some tips that I found online with friends who are same course with me. Without any marketing and advertising, it just get indexed by search engine. The domain is easily remembered, that's why it spread by words of mouth easily among the student.

Once I installed google analytics, I just realized it got almost constant traffic everyday. I insert AdSense code and it just started generate income immediately. It generate AdSense income continously after that.

End of October, I think I can increase the income by adding more stream of income - clickbank & amazon uk. I add amazon uk because only amazon uk can show the relevant textbook.

Then, I start promoting and let more people more about this site. I hang out in the related forum once a week in November. I leave my signature link to this site and then the traffic started to increase tremendously. Besides, it also got more and more traffic from google and yahoo search.

I actually want to add another two PLR product in addition to clickbank product in December. Now, I will just add in for you free if you buy with BIN.

Why I want to sell this site since it start to generate more income? It's simply because I want to use the fund from this sales for my year end holiday traveling.

What do you need to do after you bought this? You actually need not to do anything as I will still left my signature in the related forum unchanged so that you can still get traffic continuosly. I'm still participating in those forum and this will benefit you as well. I'll show you which forum I participated if you want.

    Where is the unique content on this site that gives it a value. As far as I can see you have just pulled a bit of text about what each paper and each part of ACCA is. The real value to a site like this would be giving your own perspective as an ACCA student or ACCA qualified member and giving advice, hints and tips from that standpoint.

    Also, according to Alexa, nearly all the visitors are coming from Malaysia. Since when does a site with a .com extension get most visitors from Malaysia through Google?

    @monton - There is no unique content on that site except emma's sharing. It's all information that I found online.
    I go on that site very often to modified the site as I'm from malaysia. google analytics is more accurate because I can block my own visit by blocking my own ip to be tracked. It should be that reason it show most visit from malaysia. I just create that site to share a bit tips here and a bit tips there that I found online. There's no intention to sell at the time I created it. With your advice, I think I can make it better value and keep for myself if this site does not sold in this auction. That site got the traffic from the word "acca tips" everyday. Your advice make it want to keep this site for myself. Let's see how it goes.
