The AdSense sites are organised into sub-folders off the main site.

I began setting these sites up at the beginning of the year and since then, the sites have generated over $145 from AdSense alone.

Some of the sites promote ClickBank products, and you'll have total flexiblity to plug in any other affiliate programs to increase potential earnings.

Several of the sites have been picked in the SEs over the last couple of months. For example, the site is currently in the #1 spot on Google for the keywords "concrete acid stain" and at #5 for "concrete stain".

The domain name is registered with GoDaddy and expires in March 2009. I will transfer the domain name to the eventual buyer's GoDaddy account.

I am looking for a quick sale and I will provide full support and assistance to transition these sites over to your web host.

    According to your adsense stats the monthly income is around $13.44 per month.

    That means that your starting bid is nearly 15months revenue??

    The sites have just recently got well ranked in Google. I expect the monthly revenue to be around $20 - $25 at a minimum.
