Here are some ways to monetize to get decent amount of revenue:

-Adsense (*Blend Adsense near categories on the site to get high CTR*)

-Banner ad sales.

-Text link sales (*It has PR3, so you can get nice money if you can get some buyers*).

-Increasing pricing of featured links.

-Changing the regular links from free to paid.

Revenue Details:

I had adsense that were doing well but now I removed adsense form directory.

I sold direct links at DP. It is easy to sell 1 link for minimum $10/month at DP. You can sell it for $15/month easily.

Also it gets some featuers links ( each worth $5)

Traffic Details:

Traffic comes from directory list on some big sites and from some webmaster forums.

    I don't have adsense account. I was using my partner's account but now he is no more my partner so removed his ads too.
