    What are the keywords you get traffic for? What is the process for completing an order from your end. You get a monthly cut on the hosting bill?

    Additional Details:

    Customer complete order through our cart (We use Modern Bill for billing). Every month customer has to pay us and we have place order to data center. Data Center Process order in 2 to 3 days and serve us Unmanaged Dedicated server, we have in house support, so we provide customer a managed dedicated server.

    How are you coming up with the headine "earned more than $12000 in last 10 months"?

    There is a big difference with turnover and earnings. If the site profits $300/month then it has NOT earned $12k in the last year.

    vic_mackey at some extent you are right, but when we read financial statement of any company revenue collected is treated as Earning. Still you feel it was misleading, Then I am very sorry for that.

    agbell as I had told, we have in house support, It take daily 30 to 60 minutes of work depending on tickets. We are currently using kayako support suit trial version. For a long time we had used osticket.com, its open source and very reliable.

    hello I'm trying to piece this together a little better, based on nov sales, you have 15 dedicated server customers? You are billing some as little as $50/month, and including 'managed service' ontop of the base line purchase from your datacenter/reseller status. Are you saying your datacenter that you resell the un-managed boxes from is providing them under $50/month for you? Or oare those $50 sales you show really virtual servers? (price seemed too low).

    October had 25 sales, nov had 15 sales. am I to take this to mean you had 25 customers, now 15, how many now in december?

    I'm intersted in talking more with you - what is your reserve ?

    Thanks for your interest. Due to economy sales had been come down in November. And yes we are selling $50 managed server(not virtual servers) this build trust for a new customer to go on with us. still we have very decent average order size.
