Description:

I began my first online business when I was just 15 selling sports jerseys on eBay. I have been in the wholesale and dropship business for many years now and have tons of experience. So about 6 months ago I got an idea to create an affiliate site rating each dropshipper and wholesaler I had worked with.

I put together extensive reviews for 7 different sites. The sites include SaleHoo, Shopster, Doba, TrueDropshippers, WorldWide Brands, Inventory Source, and USellCorp.

This was the first site I ever created and the first affiliate marketing experience I have ever had. The site has been up since April. However, November was my first real month of solid PPC marketing and very nice profits. The only way I marketed this site in November was through Google Adwords. I was able to make $295 in November alone! I know I could have done some free advertising and even more paid ads but I really do not have the time.

I do not know if I even rank in Google's natural search results but I am sure many of you could fix that really fast, I do not know how. I am ranked an average of about 11 in Google Adwords.

I know it makes no sense to people why I am selling this site for this price when I can make it back in 3 months or less. Well, I think we are all feeling the squeeze in these economic times and quite frankly, I cannot wait 3 months. Also, I am losing interest in this site. At first I found it fun but now I am ready to move on.

I only included November stats for the site since that was my only month of serious marketing and effort...

November profit...

SaleHoo - $333.65
WorldWide Brands - $93
Shopster - $10
Doba - $10
AdSense - $14.10
Advertising cost - -166.06

Profit - $294.15

That is $294.15 of pure profit in one month!

I have this site hosted with DownTown Host who is excellent. I just paid for another 6 months of hosting, only $77. I have 25,000MB of bandwidth and 7000MB of disk usage.

If you want, I will change all the affiliate links to your accounts or you can do it yourself.

If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me. Thanks!

  2. I posted the whole breakdown above. In the month of November, I spent $166.06 in advertising to get the $294.15 profit. The cost of advertising is already figured in so that is pure profit. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!

  4. Hello,

Will you include your adwords campaign info or even better your adwords account so we can take advantage of the maturaty of your campaign? Are the affiliate commissions handled through one place like clickbank or commission junction, or do we need to sign up for 8 different affiliate programs?

    Thanks

  5. I will include all keywords and relevant info. However, I will not include the whole account. I am new to the affiliate marketing scene but may try another site in the future and I would need an adwords account and mine is well-established now.

Yes, each site has its own affiliate program. However, they are very simple to sign up for. It took me about 10 minutes to get all the accounts and I just keep a memo of all my accounts on the different sites, it might seem like a big hassle but it's really not.

Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks

  7. It really does not require any updates at all. Unless a company adds some new features or changes their pricing, then you must change that on the site. I really just focus about 90% of my time on advertising and making money. The only changes I made on my site were adding Adsense this month.
