For my business site shinyresume.com, i am looking for someone to redesign / rewrite the site to increase the conversion rate. Currently only about one of the 40 (very targeted, adwords) visitors actually makes a buy, i am looking to increase this.

 

I know the site doesnt look very good, so i guess that is one of the reasons. That is why i need someone to to a overhaul.
