I send documents to you weekly on the progress of the project, via the guidelines set out in the project overview documents. Many clients prefer daily email updates when I am working on a project list to update them as a list of jobs is completed. Most of my clients are happy to call me with any questions or changes that they feel need to be addressed and we can go over changes and update the project as it progresses. I am flexible and easy to work with.

You Get Weekly Updates Via Phone Conferences

I like to meet with my clients twice a week via phone, just to touch base, and let them know my progress, and go over the documents I have sent them to be sure they are happy with the speed of my work.The meetings are generally ten to fifteen minutes and simply bring our work ideas and timelines up for discussion and review and answer any questions you may have, and that makes us both feel better.

I provide maintenance after the sale or the original work is completed. Many of my clients trust me to do periodic updates and resubmissions of web sites according to an agreed upon maintenance plan.
