The title pretty much says it all. I'm exiting a certain market and now looking to get into something new. Before I start spending a bunch of money on a new project, I figured I would see if there's anyone looking to unload their profitable, quality site.

Sites I'm NOT interested in:
- adult
- proxy
- videos (by videos, I mean sites like youtube, break.com, etc...other niches are okay)
- poker/gambling
- sites that are trending down traffic and revenue-wise

Anything else is okay for the most part. I'm also NOT interested in investing in your project. I may be interested in buying a % of a profitable site, but probably not.
