How much would you pay for a website whose sole source of income is from Clickbank via Affiliate Sales and sole source of traffic is Adwords. If you buy the site, I'll give you my Adwords campaign. The site has earned about $1700+ in the last 1 1/2 months.

Hi guys - sorry for responding so late...I have been out for sometime... We usually pay anywhere 10 to 20 months of net revenue for all the sites we purchase. Depending on the history, amount of time needed to maintain and etc.... If anyone is serious about selling a site that is making anywhere between $1500 to $15,000 please PM me through site point as I won’t check this listing much... thanks everyone.

I am not trying to sell anything at this point and seeking an advice/info..
It's blog and not a site. Revenues are generated from niche. Age of the blog itself is irrelevant.
This means that if i'll show you the blog and provide proof of revenues, then 3-4 months later you'll have the same thing (and probably even better - i spend maybe 1h a month on maintenance and get all traffic from my own forums).
I cannot come up with any logical solution on how to "secure" such deal.
Anyway, do you mind giving me an idea of your offer's range for $1,000 -$1,500 pm blog?
Should i just transfer data from blog to a site, wait few months and then get the proof of revenue for my new place?
The only reason I am considering to sell is because i need money for another interesting idea. I enjoy more R&D part and usually loose interest as soon as i create a prototype and get the proof that the chosen niche works.
I will appreciate any info.
