    I have a blog on smoking a lot of things, mainly marijuana. I can write a bunch of posts about medical marijuana if you like.

    It's on the first page for Google[and a lot of other search engines] for "smoke site", "marlboro blend 27", "marlboro smooth", "american spirit", etc.

    Most traffic comes from Google and no promoting has been done so it's all just natural type-ins.
