Description:

I'm developing a rich web applications (in Flash) and I'm looking for a quality designer that can design a professional, appealing, and intuitive design/user interface. I will implement the design/interface into the application, so I only need the psd (no flash knowledge required on your part).

Requirements:

* Solid design experience
* Have a design portfolio (experience in user interfaces a plus!)
* Work in a timely manner
* Have MSN or AIM
* Speak English (doesnt need to be your first language, we just need to be able to communicate well)
