WTB - Sites earning $50-$200/month

Here's what I'm looking for:

* Mostly unique content (at least 15 unique articles).
* I'm primarily looking for content (articles/text) sites, however, I'll consider forum sites with good traffic. No directories, proxies, hosting, etc.
* Articles must be well written with good grammar/design - Domain must be at least 6 months old
* Content must be indexed by google
* No warez, porn, or any sites of questionable legality.
* Should have at least 100 backlinks as shown by domainpagerank.com
* Makes at least $50/month from AdSense or CPA. The one exception would be forums with good traffic but has not been monitized.

NOTE: You must be willing to allow me to view traffic logs from Google Analytics or other 3rd party traffic tracking for verrification. I'd like to see the actual account, not screen shots.
