    I own a podcast hosting website with over 1300 registered users, listed on the second page of a Google "podcast hosting" search with a Google page rank of 4. The website has been operational for nearly 3 years and no aggressive advertising has been made. The website is fully automated for both the users and the owner. RSS feeds are automatically generated and PayPal automatically upgrades/downgrades a user upon subscription creation/removal. I am looking to sell it because I am pursuing another project and no longer have time to look after it.
