Well it looks like I'm in the looking to hire section again....

I am on the hunt for an xhtml/css Ninja.  I'm getting heaps of coding work in, and I need someone whose quick, proficient and reliable to crank out well coded, neat and logical XHTML/CSS layouts based on Layered PSDs.

You must be reliable, and available on MSN for regular work.  You must be able to logically think about how things would be coded, and be able to cross-browser check to ensure it displays correctly.  

Coding doesn't have to be W3C valid, but it would certainly be an added bonus if it was :)

Experience with transparent pngs, working with CSS colour changes on gradients, and so-on is beneficial, but not essential.

Don't forget to include examples of your work, your experience, location, price per-template and per hour, average coding time (in hours), turnaround time (how quickly I can get the files on my computer from when you start coding), Referrals, favourite colour, etc...
