Heyaz,
Looking to exchange links with other web design, hosting, SEO, etc. sites.
My link partners page has PR2 (on my web design site with PR3...expecting it back up to 5 next time which will pass link juice on the the links page).
(*note: I use frames so use "copy link location" from the "resources" at bottom of page link to check PR if you want)
Sorry, I've been spammed before with silly link exchange offers so I'm being kinda strict in what I'll accept. I want this page to be a legitimate resource for my customers in the event they want to elsewhere. Also I don't even wanna mess with 3-way exchanges.

What I'm Looking For:

I'm looking for backlinks from pages giving similiar "link juice". What this means is this...my link partners has PR2 and I'm capping max outgoing links to 20 (ie. link juice ~ 0.1 or PR2/20). So...if you wanna place a link on my page then please do have the page on your site with my backlink give out around the same link juice (ie...P2 with about 20-30 links, PR8 with about 80 - 100 links, etc).
