Sell my free web host, get a commission

I have a free host (http://325mb.com). I am strapped for cash right now, so I have decided to sell it.
Free hosts can go for $1 a user typically, but I have not monetized it well (I threw up some Scribefire ads which are getting clicks, but not much money, and I've had one commission in a month).
Commisions I will offer:
10% for the first $2,000, 15% for $2,001-$3,000, and 25% for everything above that.
I.E.:
- Sell for $2000, make $200.
- Sell for $3000, make $350
- Sell for $3500, make $475

Please respond with previous selling experience.
You'll struggle to get $2,000+ for this site simply because it has no PR and it's not monetized - pretty risky for someone to buy at that price. Alexa and Compete rank are good though, as is the approximate 6,000 visitors per month :) This site has potential, but it's tough to sell on potential alone - buyer's want to see numbers (i.e., revenue). I'd value this site at around $1,500.
