One-Time: Share A Virtual Dedicated & Managed Server With Me

Hi everyone,
Allright, here's the deal.  I'm planning on signing up for a Virtual Dedicated & Managed Server -- with a well known large hosting firm.

The problem is that the fee is about $500 for 3months which I'd much rather split it 2-way or 3-way. 
If you need a hosting account that needs a lot of traffic -- for example if you market to an email list of 10's of thousands then you might get anywhere from 1,000 to 10,000 people to your website AT THE SAME TIME.  For this type of website you'll need a virtual dedicated server and you won't have to worry about server crashing. 
Here are the specs below that we can split 2-way or 3-way depending on how many people reply. 
 - 10 GB disk space (we barely use 100-200mb)
 - 500 GB bandwidth (we don't have video / audio so you can probably use more bandwidth)
 - 256 MB RAM Guaranteed /
   (1 GB RAM Bursted)
 - Linux: CentOS or Red Hat F7
 - Plesk 30-domain control panel (If it allows then I'll set you up with your own plesk account for your own website or websites)
 - Programming Languages: Php / Coldfusion MX
 - Database: MySQL 
 - the plan is managed so the hosting firm will handle all of the updates to the software such as the programming language and the database.

I'll be overlooking the account and will setup your portion of the account so only you have access to it. 

If we split it 2-way it'll be $249 every 3-months which is about ($83/monthly for each person - $83 for you $83 for me) (requires 3 month up-front billing)

If we split it 3-way it'll be $166 every 3-months which is about ($55/monthly for each person - $55 for person 1, person 2, person 3)

    dont you have access to all my passwords and sites if i do this. You are in a position to copy whoevers person server. Smells a little bit.. i am sure you can find one of your friends to work with you..
    But i am sure you knew this would be met with a little bit if skeptism
