Need Designed/Coded Site as per Computer Repair Shop Sample

i found a site just need something "similar" designed & coded

Simple , Clean cut and optimised for GOOGLE pickup. Content wise is very similar as with most computer repairer sites. i can provide other examples of contect if the jobs taken on.

If someone fancies a small project and can do this i would appreciate some rough ideas' costs.. cheap as possible .. loads of work you lot know what its like.

 

Ideally i need site doing asap

(im also after a coder to code a hosting site template i have got already designed. though i need it skinning onto something like modernbill or similar automated system)
