SEO/Designer or Partner and Investor

Looking to make my business as profitable as it once was

OK so I own a business called Jcfan which can be found at jcfanDOTnet.  Everything was going pretty good.  Half the sites were PR 5's and PR 6's and sites were lining up to buy text links in bulk, as wemanage over 92 fan sites. 

 

And then the whole google text link punishment thing happened.  The sites went from PR 5's to having mostly 0's now.  I have lost about 80% of my business that was grossing about 120K a year.  That just shows you how profitable it can really be.

So I am very open to this situation looking forward, here are a few options:

 

1.  I could be looking for a SEO Guru. Somebody to go through all 92 of the sites, and make make them all as optimied as humanly possible.  Somebody who knows how to gain legit high ranked link exchanges from other sites, to get the sites PR back.

2.  A business partner.  Somebody who can either do #1, or knows they can pay a team to do it for us.  Somebody who can help or purchase/find content blog writers, possibly even designer/programmers who can take the sites to a new level, and then market the sites as well.  We can do this atgiving you a certain % of the profits that would come from it.  OR you can use a different amount to buy in at 50% of the company.

 

Note that I KNOW the sites can still be profitable.  I have listings of 25-30 contacts who would be interested in buying advertising with me again if I can increase the sites worth again.  These contracts range from 2k-10K a piece.

 

I really think if you have some spare time and cash this is a pretty good opportunity for somebody to get into.
