Buying Keyword Domain sites with traffic

Sites should rank #1 or #2 for keyword in domain (some exceptions)

Description:

I am looking to buy a website, or two that meet the following criteria:
•    Domain contains/is a search for phrase in google
•    Site ranks for this phrase in google (#1 or #2 prefered)
•    Most of the sites traffic is from this phrase via google
•    Established for at least a few months.
•    Has google analytics installed (not required but highly preferred)
If interested send me a PM with your website URL and number of unique visitors/month for the last few months.  I will want temporary access to google analytics before committing to a price.
