Looking to purchase SEM-powered site

Would like to buy a site that can produce revenue via SEM efforts

I have some expertise in search engine marketing. Morever, I have the financial resources to spend about $2,000 to $3,000 a month on SEM campaigns.

I am not strong in affiilate marketing, or organic page-rank tricks.

I am looking for a newer site that is already constructed, and has bit of revnue that can be increased from SEM efforts. I'm very open to ideas, and would be happy if people with such sites could contact me to talk about pricing.

I'm open to paying between $1,000 and $5,000 for such a site.

Please note that I'm not interested in hiring anyone to build a site for me, or selling me a site they have been supporting via organic traffic only. If you contact me, I expect that you'll have a site ready to sell that has at least a little history of successful AdWords campaigns.
