Conversion of Flash Website to HTML

need entire source code asap

Description:

I need to have my entire website www.marktwo.com converted into html (from flash) as soon as possible. 

I am a bit flexible as to how much it looks like the original site but the general idea needs to be the same.  It would be great if it could be exactly the same but due to time and monetary constraints I'm willing to negotiate.  Of course, if you think that you culd do better than the current site, that could be negotiated as well.  Basically we need a non-flash site that is as good or better than the current one.
