SitePoint staff suggested that I post this here, so here we go.

I'm looking for a partner/investor to help scale an iPhone App Development operation that I've recently setup in the EU. 

Keep on reading if you're not from the EU, as the plan is to setup a Marketing operation in the US later on.

The plan:

1. Exploit a loophole in the App Store

We have found a loophole in the App Store that's been confirmed by 2 apps already. This loophole will result in a very simple app bringing in over $1k per month. Please note that this is NOT blackhat and cannot get shutdown.

The first step would be to develop 10-20 of these apps - both as training for the development team and to establish cashflow.

(Why won't you do it yourself? I _will_ do it myself, I'm looking for a partner to scale it up)

2. Go to more serious apps

Another app of someone I know got over $100k in sales in the first month.

Why? Clever and risky concept with some viral marketing. That's it.

So phase 2 would be to invest in more serious apps and risky apps. I already have dozens of game designs lying around (I come from a game development and viral marketing background) that have viral marketing already thought through.

You know, concepts that would make people actually TALK about the apps/games.

Some facts about the market:

There are currently 40 MILLION devices sold (iPhones, iPod Touches) and 1 BILLION apps downloaded (30% of which are paid)

It's a huge market that will keep on growing. And with the new iPhone OS 3.0 and iPhone 3GS phone coming out on June 17th, the market will get even hotter.

I'm looking to raise mid-upper $xx.xxx in year 1 and give ROI of 300% on that investment. As I said, this can be as secure as you want it to be.
