Looking to Buy a Complete Website Builder Solution

Have you developed a website builder for small and medium sized businesses? We want to buy it / sell it.

Description:

If you are a web developer that has already completed or nearly completed a website builder system that's ideal for small or medium sized businesses - I want to talk to you.

I have funds $$ and I'm looking to acquire a fully functioning website builder system rather than develop one from scratch. The other possibility is that I'm mobilizing a huge sales force through our call center of 300 seats and we could engage in a potential joint venture.
