create 2 flash header movies for my website

I need two flash header movies. I have a sample of what they should both look like.

In the header_8.zip, I will like that to be recreated with my company logo (C3 Media) the red cube will appear and the c will be traced round it like a writing and them the media at the bottom afterwards the cube will start spinning, slowly.
The whole animation should maintain the corporate colours. If on a dark background, white text for the c and the media words. if on a light background black text for the c and the media. The cube always remains red.
In the other flash.zip, I want that to be recreated but instead of those boxes spinning like a carousel when you roll over the arrow, I want 3 icons to scroll. The icons must depict Film, Web and Solutions.
