Need Person for Simple Wordpress CSS Coding

To create a new tab on existing WP website

I need a new tab created at bottom right of Nav (ie. to the right of 'Home'). It is a straight forward WP css job.

The exact job is:

1. Create a new page which will be blog page

2. Tweak all necessary CSS files to create space on nav for new blog on bottom right.

    No problem on adding the new page. My rate is 30.00 per 1/2 hour. (Your job can be complete within a 1/2 hour.)
