Hi All,

Due to large amounts of work coming my way, I no longer have the time (or the patience!) to go out looking for work. I noticed a few guys on the forums here asking for similar things, so I thought I'd put my ad out and see if any of you can help out.

Perferably I'm looking for someone who has the capabilities of selling our services to people. We offer website design and development, custom CMS systems, etc. I'd say we're pretty good, based on customer feedback, large amounts of returning customers, and our strong portfolio.

The trick now is to get us more work, to get us bigger clients, and to increase our sales more.

So think you have what it takes? I'd be very interested in hearing from you. Based on someone elses thread here, I thought I'd answer some questions:

Where are you based?
Dorset, UK - However we have clients all over the world.

Can it be done remotely?
Absolutely! You can work from home, in your own time.

Do you have a specific target market?
Not particularly - We tend to aim for higher budget clients, mid-range companies/individuals, and those requiring full solutions (e.g. design, coding AND development).

Do you have a guide price list?
Yes I can provide a rough price guide if you need it, although I will also be providing accurate quotes for the clients for you to send them.

Will you be providing paperwork and portfolios?
Our portfolio is digital.

At what point does the handover take place?
The process will be you making initial contact, acquiring the details for what is required, and handing them to me. I will then provide a quote for you to send back to them. The handover will take place when the quote has been agreed and the legal work (contract, up-front payment, etc) are required.

You get paid as soon as the contract is signed.

What do I actually need to do?

Anything and everything possible to bring in clients. This involves searching forums, searching for websites on the net that need a facelift, cold calling (I like to call it "warm calling") large names and businesses and offering our services to them, and anything else you can think of (feel free to suggest!). For example: Aston Martin's website isn't really up to the standard of their competitions, doesn't showcase their cars properly, and looks a bit too corporate. So I would expect you to take the initiative, find a phone number and ring them!

How much are you going to pay me?

We have two options. 
1) SALARY: We pay you a set amount each month (to be agreed) as long as certain milestones are hit (again, to be agreed). Future performance above those milestones will result in bonus pay. I'm a generous, honest guy - and I'm quite happy to pay well for good work, because my clients do the same to me.

2) COMMISSION: We pay you a percentage of EVERY job you bring us. So if you bring us 3x10k jobs in one month, you earn a percentage of ALL 3 project prices, so if the percentage was 10%, you earn 3k!
Potential for earning is huge, we have the skills, and the team, to produce high quality work and high budgets - and have done in the past, so the more work you bring us, the more you get paid!
