I have just launched a new site which has been designed to convert like crazy and uses some neat back-end tools to maximise conversions. It's in the site hosting market, so commissions are huge too.

I'm now looking for a smart, motivated marketer to help me get it off the ground and get the sales rolling in. I'll expect you to use strategies such as social networking, social bookmarking, article marketing, posting on forums, and leaving good, worthwhile comments on relevant blogs to help build traffic.

You'll be handsomely rewarded for your effort. I'm offering a very generous percentage of all the commission generated by the site. That includes revenue from traffic I and other partners generate, as well as from the traffic you generate. 

I have developed some great strategies to make sure the site grows quickly, and with your help we can make sure it really takes off and makes as much money as possible.

You'll have an excellent command of English as well as the capacity to work hard and will understand the need to build authority and a good reputation for the site.

I expect complete professionalism and will need a record of the work you've done every month.
