I own a 300+ seat call center based in the Philippines that is now half full. We had some clients expanding over the last few months that have reduced their team size and now we have extra overhead that we want to reduce by bringing on new projects.
We are ready to fill seats for inbound customer service outsourcing or outbound telemarketing, appointment setting, surveys, membership retention, lead generation projects.
I have been asking companies and former executives for ideas on how to fill the center and I have several ideas. I need someone who can EXECUTE and wants to be paid handsomely for RESULTS. I am willing to pay a small amount up front / retainer to the right person get things moving.
Just to give you an idea on where we're at -- we have roughly 150 seats available in US time zone and 300 seats available for Australia Time Zone. There's a potential for $400,000 revenue a month just sitting there.
