PHP/AJAX/MYSQL Genius's needed (2 or 3) [FREELANCERS ONLY]

Description:

My name is Russ Clow, I run a web design and development company here in the UK.

I'm currently on the lookout for 2 or 3 very reliable and extremely talented developers to work alongside me designing and developing top of the range, kick ass websites for my clients.  FREELANCERS ONLY

I have an immediate job for one very lucky and very talented developer.  The job is urgent, and needs full time work on it to get done properly.  Ideally I want someone who knows PHP and MYSQL inside out, so that no job is too hard.

Someone who can also provide ABOVE AND BEYOND what I ask for, implementing extremely cool user friendly AJAX sections within a project, and simply blowing me away with their intuitive development skills.

Design skills not needed, but advantageous.

As I am UK based, I need someone to be online around the same times as me to offer advice on prospective projects also, and help out where they can.  I would prefer you to be UK based, but I will also consider those in America/Canada IF you are amazing.

If you are available to meet face to face (Dorset UK area) then that is a big bonus, but by no means necessary.

Don't contact me if you are from Asia/India/Eastern countries - I'm not interested.

    I'd want to know if there are some additional restrictions, such as CakePHP or Codeigniter knowledge. For example, I have +5years experience building sites using Drupal, Xoops and ImpressCMS. Is it useful for this work, or is plain PHP knowledge the only thing that counts?

    As long as you can produce the Content Management Systems to a very high standard, I don't really care what framework you use.
