Web/Graphics Designer needed for web banner and landing page construction

XHTML experience required - Flash experience preferred but not necessary

Description:

We're a Silicon Valley based social advertising/mobile apps (iPhone/Android) company looking for a talented graphics/web designer to help us with web banners and landing pages. 

An example of a landing page produced (that we need other landing pages constructed like) is located at:

The jobs are quick: landing page designs (2 to 3 pages each) with slight variations create.  But we have many of them for you to do!

Attention to detail is a must and experience with web banner creations is also important.   You should be available on MSN, Yahoo or Skype and by phone as well.  

Please provide a portfolio of work when applying for this position.
