Doctor.com is a 12 year-old domain property that was recently re-launched as a premier doctor search tool and medical community. Traffic has been steadily growing and is currently at ~ 200,000 pageviews / ~80,000 unique visitors per month. Traffic comes entirely from organic search results and referrals from high quality sites that link to us.

We have had display advertisers pay CPM rates between $8 and $50 for targeted 300x250 banner ads on the site. However, we are always exploring innovative ways of building relationships with new advertisers through personalized advertising programs.

Spaces Available:

Currently we have several advertising opportunities available:

   1. Banner Placement

Below the Fold placement of a 300x100 banner - $477/mo.: This placement would have your banner appearing on every page of the site (aprox.150,000 impressions/month at current volume)  This is our lowest-cost option which represents a fantastic value at an effective CPM of $3.25. Banners can be in text, HTML, image, or SWF (Flash).

Above the Fold placement of a 300x100 banner - $687/mo.: Same as above except that your banner would be "above the fold" and far more visible to users. The effective CPM for this placement would be $4.58. This is an ideal option for users who want guaranteed exposure to hundreds of thousands of affluent health/medical oriented visitors.

 

   2. Integrated Marketing Plans for DR Advertisers

Banner Placement (Above  / Below Fold) + Interstitial Lead Form $550--$750/Mo:  Specifically for Lead Generation campaigns, Doctor.com offers interstitial lead forms contextually targeted based on user’s search queries and navigation path to compliment standard banner placements.  

Banner Placement + Dedicated Doctor.com Product Page $1,500-$5,000/Mo: For traditional affiliate marketers, drive sales by making your product page an order form.  For brand focused advertisers, leverage the Doctor.com brand to create a product review page. This page can then be referenced in other marketing materials as a reliable 3rd-party source of information.

 

For any of these options we are willing to lock in your rates for a 3 month run. This should make these placements even more compelling as our traffic continues to increase.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due at the beginning of each monthly period in which the placement is displayed on the site.

 

Note that first time advertisers may be required to place a deposit before their ad will be displayed on a CPM basis. This is to ensure that all advertisers are serious and capable of paying for the impressions we deliver.
