Image Uploading using PHP script $50-$100

help needed to install a php script to upload images from my website

Description:

I require people to upload images from their computer to my web server, i dont know how its done just need someone to do it for me.

A ready made script would be easiest, preferably free available script from somewhere like hotscripts but if you have your own to use that does the job that will be fine, i did find one here http://www.zeronese.net/knowledge-base/questions/1060/Image-Uploading-With-Auto-Thumbnails-Using-PHP not sure if this is an easy or difficult task to do.
