Link builder required with strong SEO abilities

I need strong web marketers that think outside of the box...

Description:

We're currently looking for a contract SEO person for one of our larger accounts.  The account has a substantial regular monthly budget and I'm looking for an individual that can help me groom what is a very large website.  

My firm is a small sized SEO firm that has been in business for over nine years.  If you're successful with this project, we will have no shortage of work to refer to you.  

I'm looking for a strong link builder that has the ability to "hunt" for links for this particular account and is willing to work under my direction with regards to keyword strategy.  As I indicated before, I'm looking for someone with strong skills and my firm is willing to pay for it.  

Let me list the ideas that I am NOT interested in:

- If you're an article submitter, we're not interested

- If you're a directory submitter, we're not interested

- If you're a guy that posts in forums, we're not interested

- We're completely not interested in social bookmarking.  The client's website already has substantial social bookmarking links and I don't believe that attaining more will help to improve the rankings for certain terms.

 

I'm looking for an individual that can contact webmasters directly and point links to my client.  I'm willing to pay you on a commission rate and I'm willing to pay above industry standards for the links.  

If you're lazy or barely speak English, this project is not for you.  If you respond to this posting with ideas that I've already indicated that I'm not interested in, I won't reply back.  I don't mean to be blunt but I'm in business and I don't have time to waste on the typical lazy SEO individuals.  I want the best for my business and clients, if you have the confidence to believe that you are one of the best, I'm interested in speaking to you. 

If you're ambitious and a hard worker, this is a perfect project for you.  If you live in the Toronto area, this project could progress to a full time job.  We are a growing company and this is the reason why I've posted this project. 

I would prefer to deal with individuals that have strong references.
