With the sale of Pizza.com for $2.6 million, I figured this domain name would be a good investment for anyone (Pizza.us). I have not had time to take this domain name to it's full potential, but this is a great domain name, and great system I had built for it. The pizza industry in the US is a billion dollar industry, and this website has the potential to make a lot of money. (charge for advertising, selling links for pizzerias like pizza.us/store-name, for those who don't have sites, adding pictures, recipes, etc. etc.)

I've owned the domain for a few years. I have a full admin on the site, allowing people to add new pizzeria's, leave comments, etc. I can provide more details for anyone who is interested.  I just recently submitted a sitemap to google with over 15,000 pages, so it should be spidered/indexed within the next 20-30 days and very SEO friendly links, titles and pages. Great domain name, and huge potential.

    I've had a few offers in the low 5 fig range for just the domain.
    As for the pizzeria's, a lot were entered in manually as well as purchased from a database company that sold a list of pizzeria's.

    I'm looking in mid 5 figure range which I think would be a fair price. I've been told a fair price for this domain would be 2%-4% of the .com value.
