Asking Price: $5K

Costs / Month: $99 for Volusion integration and hosting

Product Listing: 312 Designs X 6 Sizes (avg) = 1872 rug products.  On average, adding new design takes 5 minutes.  It took over 25 hours to build current product listing.  There is a potential with manufacturer to have over 1,500 designs listed (1500 designs X 6 sizes = 9,000 rug products).

Alexa Page Rank:  462,070 (15 Jan) purely from CraigsList postings.  Zero SEO work has been done to rank with any keywords - potential for buyer to dramatically increase traffic.

Other assets: Over 1,000 rug images, 50+ integrated rug in room setting pictures, 100 uniquely designed CraigsList advertisement posters (each has 9 unique images with text), and CraigsList title, content, image Excel database for postings.

Domain Name: $100 purchase value.  If buyer wishes, a different domain name can be integrated very easily with this store.

Sale Conditions: You will have to become credit verified with my manufacturer (not too hard) and set up a merchant account under your own banking account.  I will offer 30 days unlimited support.  The store is hosted with Volusion so little technical expertise is required but I will offer coding support for any major changes buyer wishes to have.

Reason for selling:  U.S. Military moved me to a new base.   I have moved to the UK which has made CraigsList marketing in the US unfeasible.  For anyone familiar with CL postings, you need many PVA's and IP addresses to have a successful campaign - this is too time consuming and expensive to perform in the UK.  I can also provide a step by step guide to advertising on CraigsList where I averaged 500-800 visitors a day during short campaign before moving to UK.
